A: Yes . Lubricating oil is very important, the oil is food grade and its special. Normally, we will offer customer oil supplier information after order is confirmed. Before you run the machine just pure the oil into the tank directly.After the order is confirmed , we will provide you the oil supplier’s contact information.
Q5: Warranty for machines and moulds?
A: We gurantee a period of 12 months from the date of machine & mould installation and setting to work.
